Arh, I can't sleep! Though my Insomnia is back because lately I felt dizzy before going to sleep. Or maybe I've got Anaemia again. Or maybe both.
Hey Amateur ppl, this lately too I don't know why I'd love to post about my cooking menus. This doesn't mean that I love cooking and very expert about it. It doesn't always tasty. Neither it ain't my hobby yet.
Well today, I've made a little experiment in the kitchen while I still have some stocks of some fresh vegetables.
Here's the ingredients:
1 pack of bean (green beans)
A fourth slide of cabbage
A handful of white broccoli
half pack of mushroom (I don't know what kind of this mushroom but it shapes like mushroom)
1 ear of corn
And for spices are:
1 strand of leek
3 cloves of onion
2 cloves of garlic
1 medium ripe tomato
and conditionally cayenne chillies
For natural essence, use 1 cube of ready use chicken broth.
First to do wash the veggies and spices before you slide them. The tips is don't wash veggies after you chop, it will detract the vitamin inside. Then slice them spices into pieces, include tomato. Move them aside while you're ready to chop the beans, cabbage and white broccoli. For an ear of corn you can slice them horizontally to take aside of only the seeds. Put away the ear we don't need it.
When the stove is ready, put oil into frying pan and let it heathen. Do you know how to see if oil is ready? Put your hand above the pan and feel it.
Put the spices into. Garlic, onion, leek, chillies and tomato. If you can smell their aromatic, pour the chicken broth slowly.
Here's the step to put another ingredients after it. Chopped fish balls » mushroom » corn » beans » broccoli » cabbage.
Wait until the colour of vegetables change paler. It means they are almost done. Prepare your plating and make sure you already cook the rice. Hope you're not fail to try this one. Be an amateur chef, everyone!
The amateur ppl. Did you post about the last instruction that I told you?
That about being look-healthy post of fruits bar.
In one picture I also put the display of cute shaped jelly. They looks fabulous exactly. Just because I did wrong to put it off, some of them become absurd. Hahaha
Well, the simple way to make it is just cut your mango and dragon fruit into square but make sure cut it smaller because we need to fit it in the mould.
Then the rest thing you should is boil your jelly powder in the hot water inside the pan. (absolutely potter, who the hack will use pan anyway?!)
FYI. It's not sweet. I told you. I don't put any sugar into. So it's a plain jelly. Then after it ready, pour to the mould that you already put friuts into (one couple of dragon fruit and mango). Let it cool a moment. Don't put it directly to the refrigrator.
Even I don't put any sugar into. It's still sweet. In my version. Doctor said, I can't have much sugar. I will have glaukoma and diabetes. I'm already sweet enough. Bye.
Hey Amateurs Ppl,
Haha I'm back and you must be not curious too much about me. Aku mah apa atuh!
Here well, today I feel so happy because finally I can meet up with one of my soul-mates again, Fruits! Finally, after we got a new refrigerator and I can buy as much veggies and fruits I want, as long as my wallet still fit in =D
So, why am I still talk about here and there? wth!
Fruits Party Mix Yogurt, DraMa No Sugar Jelly and Ice Shake Matchà Latte
All you need are : Dragon Fruit, Indramayu Mango, Banana (Sunpride, should I say?!), Kiwi, and Mandarin. For yogurt mix, I use plain one. It's very pure and you can use the rest to make another yogurt next time. Quite safe huh?
All you need to do is just easy enough, slide all the fruits into pieces then put them into cute bowl (this will help you improve likes if you want to post on social media such as instagram, path, tumblr, facebook .etc) Then after all, spoon about 4 bit of yogurt to mix them with the fruits. You can eat them directly, but it's better safe them in the cooler about 15 mins to let the yogurt and fruits melt together. Because they taste better.
Fruits Party Mix Yogurt
Ah yea! Another one fruit party ( as you can at the display below) It's a DraMa Not Sweet Jelly a.k.a dragon fruits ft Mango Jelly for No Sugar snack. I bought a cute jelly mould but when I put the liquid jelly into it and then it's done with absurd shapes. Haha, I think they are too cute ( I mean small ) for my fruit slides.
See how to make it in other post!
So, the last one is Matchà latte ice shake. Arh, I'm not endorsing guys. I swear! But I'd love to and really fall in love with Matchà latte from Allure Esprèciallo. It's smooth as my skin and low sugar like my face. When the stressed days come out, it's my drug to I run about. Hopeful.
